This cuisine has won mentions and awards worldwide as the best culinary destination and many international awards to different restaurants in the area. The last one to be mentioned has been Central named The World’s Best Restaurant 2023, the number one spot in the list of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023.
Paracas and Nazca
Cities located very close to Lima, 3 and 6 hours away by car. Towns very close to Lima, in the near south. Paracas a very important place for the history of Peru, full of wild fauna and flora, a natural paradise on the coast, preserved in the Paracas National Reserve, making the area the only protected area in the country. Nazca
Nazca, on the other hand, offers the mysterious glyphs that were imprinted in the Peruvian desert 1,700 years ago. And all on a grand scale, traced on the desert in south-central Peru over hundreds of hectares.
